1. Who We Are
Prime Logix LLC is a logistics operations software company providing an all-in-one platform for FedEx Linehaul (TSP) and P&D (ISP) contractors. Our platform includes dispatch, payroll, settlements, fleet maintenance, compliance tools, and the LogixIQ Driver App.

2. Information We Collect
A) Website Information
Contact information you submit through our website forms: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you provide in demo requests or sign-up forms.
B) Business Account & Operator Information
When you register a business account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, carrier type, number of drivers, operating states, job role, and current tools in use.
C) Driver & Employee Data (LogixIQ Driver App — Authorized Users Only)
- Account Data: name, email, phone number (if provided), company/tenant code, role/permissions, and authentication information
- DVIR / Inspection Data: pre-trip and post-trip inspection submissions and related operational information
- Photos & Scans: photos captured for DVIR submissions and document uploads (CDL, medical cards, vehicle records, compliance documents)
- Documents: files uploaded by drivers or operators within the platform
- Communications: messages exchanged between drivers and dispatchers within the platform
- Device & Diagnostic Data: device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic data to improve stability and performance
D) Operational & Business Data
Dispatch records, FedEx settlement data, payroll calculations, fleet maintenance records, ELD integration data, route assignments, IVMR/MMR/IFTA reports, and run availability data.
E) SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages, we collect your phone number for the purpose of sending business communications including inquiry follow-up, onboarding updates, and service notifications.
We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact us at tech@myprimelogix.com.
F) Device & Usage Data
When you use our platform or mobile app, we may collect device type, operating system, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns to improve the platform.
3. Location Data
Current Version: The LogixIQ Driver App uses location access solely to detect vehicle movement for the safety messaging lock feature — messaging is automatically disabled while the vehicle is in motion. Location data is not stored or shared beyond this safety function.
Future Optional Features: If we introduce GPS tracking, delivery tracking, or route optimization in a future release, we will disclose any additional location collection within the App at the time the feature is enabled and request the required permissions. Any such collection will be limited to what is necessary for the feature and subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the PrimeLogix platform and LogixIQ Driver App
- Process and verify payroll calculations, settlement data, and dispatch data
- Auto-generate and submit required FedEx reports (IVMR, MMR)
- Send automated compliance alerts (CDL expiry, med card, DVIR reminders)
- Authenticate authorized users and manage access controls
- Respond to support requests, demo requests, and onboarding communications
- Send product updates, feature announcements, and important account notices
- Analyze platform usage to improve performance and build new features
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and enforce policies
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your operational or driver data for advertising purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
With Tenants / Authorized Administrators: PrimeLogix is a business tool. Authorized tenant or employer administrators may access information submitted through the platform and LogixIQ Driver App for operational, safety, and compliance purposes.
Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (such as cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics services) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
ELD & Integration Partners: When you connect your ELD provider (Samsara, Motive, Lytx, etc.) or payroll processor (ADP, QuickBooks), data is exchanged as needed to power those integrations.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if reasonably necessary to protect safety, enforce policies, or address fraud or security incidents.
Business Transfer: If Prime Logix LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction with appropriate notice provided.
SMS Opt-In Data: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Account Deletion & Data Retention
PrimeLogix provides users and operators with control over their accounts and data:
In-App / Platform Deletion: Users may request account deletion by contacting their account administrator or emailing tech@myprimelogix.com.
What Deletion Means: Account deletion removes account access and deactivates the user. We will remove personal data from active systems where feasible. However, we may retain certain records (such as inspection logs, payroll records, or operational data) as required for compliance, audit, safety, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal and operational requirements. Upon account termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure (Amazon S3 and related AWS services). We implement role-based access controls, audit trails, and secure authentication to protect your data.
